Our History
A Powerful Legacy Continues
Capital Bay Partners, LLC was founded in the winter of 2021 as the commercial real estate operating arm of CB Pike LLC, which was first born as C.B. Pike Real Estate Company founded in 1959 by Charles Pike (pictured left) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. CB Pike evolved from a boutique brokerage firm to a scalable investor and developer of residential projects throughout the southwest up until the 21st Century. It eventually started investing in commercial properties, alternatives and private equity, becoming what is today a conglomerate and holding company that owns, invests in and operates a wide range of businesses. CB Pike is now headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ along with Capital Bay Partners (CBP) and its other businesses.
Capital Bay Partners is a General Partner and Operator that primarily focuses on the Value-Add and Opportunistic investment strategies within the commercial real estate sector. CBP’s acquisition track record, national market knowledge, longstanding development experience, private financial resources, and intensive investment experience with complex transactions allow the company to efficiently evaluate, execute and provide superior investment opportunities.
Capital Bay Partners continues to seek assets that meet our investment criteria using our own data technology and quantitative analysis ranging from $5M and above invests primarily within the Industrial and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) categories, but also diversifies in Self Storage, Office and Retail assets. CBP’s target markets are in the Mountain West and Southwestern US.

Managing Partner
Brandon Pike is the Founder/Managing Partner for Capital Bay Partners and third generation Principal for CB Pike. He has grown up in the family business, aspired to route its endeavors towards the commercial development/investment route aside from its residential holdings. His background includes over 10 years experience relative to development, financing, deal structuring and sourcing new opportunities for investors.
